Recordings
We may record conversations during consultations as part of the Stage 2 application with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences. You will be informed of this prior to the beginning of the recording and can withdraw or decline to be recorded at any time.

In addition, if you are a client, we use the information that you provide in line with our Terms and Conditions and on the basis of our contract with you.

We retain your personal information for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
We keep your contact details for up to four years after your first inquiry.
We keep correspondence for up to seven years after you end your sessions in case you contact us again about the same subject.
